The wipers do not return back down when i turn them off. The blades just stop wherever they are when I turn them off. The same thing happens if i use the "mist" function. I should only have to pull the lever once and the blades go up and back down. Now when I pull the lever, the blades move, but as soon as i release the lever they stop. I don't know if this is a problem with the switch or what. Any input would be appreciated.
