plastic structure to support amps
ok, i was just contemplating some ideas on how i want to insatll my amps in my 98 ES...so far its goin farthest back against the wall, then the speakers in front of that (so u wont be able to see the amps unless u pull down the center armrest in the rear seat). well i am wanting some kind of a visual when i do pull down that armrest....
i kinda sketched out wut i want the space to look like
if u can see i got neons for some visual and the amps are slanted to the middle so u can see them and also i am wanting at a leaning angle sort of like this \ \ from the sides
the blue areas are like indentations in the trunk that us ES owners have to accomodate as u can see below
to use as support, i was considering using the plexiglass like in this trunk..it will be the frame of the amp rack , and will have the JL sign in it too and also my big question is will there be a problem with me mounting amps on the plexi itself (amp gettin hot, melting...juss precautionary stuff b4 i make definite)
any input would help
