12CD changer and Burned CDs
Does anyone have a problem playing burned CDs on the SC's stock CD changer. I noticed that when I play burned CDs in my SC sometimes it takes a while to play a specific track. When I turn off the car and turn it back on, normally it continues playing from where it left off on a regular CD but on a burned one it doesnt play. Has anyone else had this little problem? I tried changing CDs and it still does the same thing. Any suggestions?

Mine seems to play burned cd's without any problems - but it usually takes a little while longer than usual to recognize them after I load it. Mine plays from where I leave off as far as I know

my 95sc300 used to play burned cd's with no problems. a little less than a year ago, problems started. it would play burned cd's as long as i didn't turn off the stereo or the car. if i turn things off, it won't play unless i restart everything. and more recently, it would skip to random places when i tried to skip one song. sometimes it just won't play the burned cd altogether. it only happens with burned cd's...normal cd's give me no problems. i thought it might have been a dirty laser or something, but i haven't bought cd player cleaning kit to try that theory out yet.
and i've tried burning i better cd's. i burned a few on philips cd's (i dunno if that's better, but i used to use some real no-namers) and it still doesn't work.
i don't have an answer to this problem, but if someone does, i'm sure we'd all like to know. have some people swapped their cd players for an ES changer?
