Does anyone know where I can get a custom box for a 2001 gs.. I wanted to add two 8" or two 10" subs which ever fits without takin up too much space!

You'll have to get one made up for you. There aren't lots of GS3's or 4's floating around, unlike the Firebirds, Civics, etc. The major box makers don't see any money in Lexus due to it's low overall volume/number of cars out there.
