Default Lexus Key Battery?

Does anyone happen to know the number of the battery for the keys? I have a 1992 SC300 if that matters. I have both keys but the previous owner's daughter lost the screw to both of them adn the batteries had been lost too. So nothing to go by for the part nimber or anything.

Thanks
Todd

Default Lexus-Parts.com

I got a remote battery and a remote key screw at http://www.lexus-parts.com/partlist....=91&ModelID=73

THe battery is CR1216 and was 90 cents & the screw for the remote key was 46 cents. Shipping was more expensive, but convenient

I took it there and they could not help without the old battery. They have some that would fit but they have different voltages.

Thanks for the welcome! I wish I had found this place before I purcahsed my car because I've seen some info here that I wondered about and figured out myself, but this would have been easier on me. Excellent site - tons of info here!

Thanks guys!
