I had my pioneer deck installed a while ago, the mid ranges and tweeters are hooked up, but the sub is hooked up, is there any way to wire the stock pioneer sub and amp to a aftermarket headunit????????

THIS IS STRICTLY HYPOTHETICAL. I haven't done this, but it should be ok. Refer to this awesome diagram: http://www.cureline.net/lex/audio/ho...g_daigrams.htm
The diagram refers to the 4 connectors as A, B with 6, B with 10, and C.
A2 is subwoofer signal positive
A6 is subwoofer signal negative
B9 of 10 is amp turn on.
7 of 9 is a hottie from StarTrek.
If your aftermarket stereo has a (usually blue) power on lead, tap it to pin 9 in B with 10.
If your aftermarket stereo has a mono subwoofer LINE LEVEL RCA plug, tap it to A2 and A6. The amp is powered from the Radio 1 fuse and grounded at the source, so it should be turning on whenever you turn on the car already, provided you haven't messed with this. The sub amp is in the trunk to the left of the gas tank, forward of the antenna. You may have to get in there to confirm power supply.
This should do it for you. keep in mind I do not know what type of signal the factory amp is accustomed to receiving from the factory stereo.
Again, thanx to the poster of this diagram at his site.
good luck!
