I hear a buzzing noise coming from the radio when it is all the way down but not off. This happens regardless if the car is running or not. Everything is stock. 99 ES 300 in dash CD changer

 

im having a similar issue. i started the car today, 96gs300 and sounded fine, the car warmed up and i took off, all of sudden a weird noise coming from speakers. i turned off radfio and noise gone. i switched from cd to fm and same noise. almost sounds like a cd is skipping. anyone?????
