Hey Guys,
I have an 01' LS430 and I'm unable to locate pre-fabricated headrest monitor replacements. Does anyone know if it is possible to swap the headrest from any other models such as the GS into my car? Or is there a company out there that I'm not aware of that makes a kit.

Your best bet is would probably to do have them custome fit some nice monitors on your existing heads.

Ya, that was my other option... I just wanted to know if any other Lexus models share the same headrest as the 01' LS430.

Thanks for the info. I called Myron and Davis, they state that they only have it for the 2003 and up LS430. Do you know if the 2001 and 2003 uses the same headrest? I'm thinking they do, but I'm not sure.

Did you catch the name of the person you talked to?

From what I know, the LS headrests haven't changed (in the current body style).

No I didn't catch her name, I'll call the Lexus Parts Dept. and see if both headrests have the same part numbers.

I believe Savv make them with the wire in the headrest post. they look cleaner. Vizualogic also make them w/ the wire down the post. Both companies don't make one for the LS 430 but the RX,GX and LX should fit they have the larger 12mm post.
I would think if you just see which headrest style/shape matches best it should work

What Color is your interior, and how much are you asking?

Yes, the RX, GX and LX use the same headrests, but the LS has a different headrests. Very close to that of the RX, GX, and LX but end of the post is different and I think the length of the post is also different.....

Maybe someone can measure their RX,GX post and post some pics for screwface..
Oh yeah, make sure the adjusting notches on the post are on the correct side of the head rest.
