Default McIntosh new flagship amp

Guys and gals,

It's for their home stuff, but look at the specs. 140dB of channel seperation!!! Incredible. Most Alpine gear that I've had was LUCKY to get 60dB of channel sep.

Yeah, linky no worky.

I'm having a hard time buying into the 140 dB figure, wondering what test equipment is used to make that measurement - it's own S/N needs to be much better than that. Seems like they might just be calculating that out. This is also in the nebulus spec region, since anything above 110-120 won'tmatter more than the other more important characteristics of the amp. Now if they can get that figure AND make the amp sound good, then we're talkin'.
