Hey guys I purchased a 10 inch 4 ohm dual coil kicker sub now when wirring it I got a nice surprice, my amp is a 300 watt bridgeable amp and at 300 watt bridged mode it can only provide a 4 ohm load. Now my kicker sub in series wirring provides a 8 ohm load and in parallel provides a 2 ohm load. I wish this information was available before I bought the freakin sub. Anyway my question is if I hook the kicker up in parallel mode and make it 2 ohm load will that damage my sub which can only put out 4ohm in bridged mode?.
