Just won IASCA SQ World Finals
Heya guys. Since the Lexus has been out of service for a while, I have bought a Scion TC for daily driving. After installing a little system into it, it turned out that it was my best work ever. So I went to finals in Kansas City this past weekends and came first in my street class. You will see the car in upcoing publication in one of the major car audio magazines pretty soon Finally my freak car audio addiction dreams are coming true.
P.S. Once the Lexus is done, I will take it out for some audio battles once more.

Pete, as a former car audio store owner, and member of the M.E.C.P. I am very proud to hear of your accomplishment.
I want to get back into it so bad. It's an addiction. You've done a great thing here and I couldn't be more happy to here of a good guy like you winning it.
Is anyone still competing with any Jennifer Warnes tracks in SQ these days?

I will post pics for sure. The thing is that it is not flashy at all. Very simple and understated. Here is the list of components used:
Pioneer DEX / DEQ P9
TRU Technology T03 2ch Sub Amp
Monitor1 Amplifier 4ch
Monitor1 Amplifier 4ch
Image Dynamics CD-2COMP Fullsize Horns
Image Dynamics CX62 Midbass
McIntoch Tweeters (cheapest acceptable tweets I could find to install same day)
Dayton 6-inch Rear Fill
Image Dynamics IDMAX 12-inch Subwoofer
Stinger Wiring / Distribution
RAAMmat Sounddeadening
Insulite Sound / Heat Barrier
2 ARC Audio 1 Farad Capasitors
Xtatic Batcap 400
What makes it a winner is sound and absolutely **** attention to detail in install. Pics will be up shortly.

Image Dynamics (Matt, Eric, Jeremy), TRU Technology (John, Ele) and RAAMmat (Rick) were some of the most supportive companies that made it possible. The car is RAAMmated top to bottom and I might be switching out my crappy Monitor.1 (lost me 5 points on noise) amps for TRU as well.
Funny how everybody in competition community thinks that you need gobbs of power in order for system to sound good (headroom). I have 70wrms going to each of my midbass and it sounds just as good or better as the best of them.
Pics are coming
