My radio fuse keeps blowing and its turns off the climate control and I cant shift without manually sticking a screw driver in the bypass hole. Is that normal for the radio fuse to shut down all that? Anyone had this problem?

I just had my new starter installed before this happened but it may be just a coincidence, not sure.
