Looks like the Metra brand Stereo Dash Kit. I have one on my ES
only I used my Kenwood's Trim ring vs. the Kits' plastic one like the pic up there.
Check Ebay for LS400 Stereo Dash Kit or Lexus Stereo Dash Kit and you'll find a good Metra one under 20.00
