These three connectors in the trunk: blue, orange, white. Is there a connector I can buy from Molex or Amp that will match up to this connector and allow me to do my custom wiring to a new amp? I like nice, neat installs, and it would sure be great to use a specialized connector as opposed to cutting all of the factory wires, and splicing, for example.

I thought your factory amp is under the seat? If so buy a GS wire harness off of ebay for <10.00 and go from there. Make sure you get the right kind though. To see which plugs you have go to www.carstereohelp.com and search GS300 and you'll see what I mean and how to do all that
