Does anyone know the rear sub size and rating for the 99 GS300?

It's a 10-inch sub (all GS subs are 10" nominal).
If you are looking to replace it, what matters more is the amp's power, which ain't a whole heck of a lot. Most people replace the sub and also add in a new sub amp, which is connected to the existing sub wires via a line-level converter (LLC).
