Default DVD Installation??

I posted this under the RX300 board but I will post it here too..
I just bought my first RX300 & I it has a sunroof! Is it possible to install one of these systems?

Anyones imput or knowledge would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have a sunroof too and I have an O/H monitor on it. Look and see if there is a metal beam towards the rear of the sunroof.

It may be possible, have you looked into headrest monitors also?

yes, you can mount an overhead system even though you have a sunroof.

But I would look into a different overhead. The pic you posted (the audiovox combo) is a bit larger. There are a lot of different options out there now that have a slimmer design.

It's better to install headrest monitor. Overhead is hard to install when you have sunroof. My wife has RX300 and I installed headrest monitor for her and my kids are loving it. Go with the headrest monitor!!!!!

I think headrest monitors are also better in that they are more direct view (looking straight forward). Overhead monitors tends to be higher up and possibly cause neck strain by having to look up for long periods of time.
