Blower speed problem.

Guys I have a problem with my GS and can use some assistance! I have a factory navigation unit in the car and the blower selection isn’t working properly. It basically has one speed, wide open. I have tried to put it on auto and selected every mode available, but it remains at the highest speed.

Any ideas what my problem is?
