I have been trying to find out if it is possible to use a NAV DVD from an '05 ES in an '04 RX. I've posted this question in other forums with no luck.

I am assuming that you are just taking about the nav DVD itself and not the nav ecu (computer). What is the part number that is on '05 ES DVD and what is the part number on the back of the nav ecu (computer) in the '04 RX? If you post both numbers I can tell you for sure. If you post only one number I can give you a reasonable guess.
