not too sure about the plug right in. It's possible since it's made by the same company that makes lexus/toyota radios.

my manager sold the unit that was supposed to go in my car

I was looking forward to ditching my AVN2454 for the 6600 so that I could have updated maps and the full ipod control. Hopefully we'll get another one in soon and that one will go in

im interested in buying the AVN660 aswell, I also heard that it is a plug in play, but not sure for different head unit support, in my case, i have the NAKAMICHI HU, and i dont know if it will just plug and play, there is also the PIONEER, and MARK brands

another thing is that i was looking at some other forums, they said that you need to hook it up to your speed sensor, parking brake, and reverse light, im sure the last 2 can be played with but speedo sensor will have to be wire taped.

i dunno if im allowed to post other forums here, but here it is, MODS if you think i cant have it then take it off, just trying to help

you should hook up your speed sensor wire for a more accurate reading while using the navigation.

for movies all you have to do is ground the red wire with the white stripe. the reverse wire only needs to be hooked up if you do a back up camera.
