Default Tilt problem!! Alpine owners!!

Just got my deck alpine deck installed. IT used to work great with my old car and now that it got installed, it's having tilt issues.

It won't tilt/move without assistance. Ejecting the cd is really tough for the deck to do, i need to give it a nudge so it can start tilting to eject. When its on it's way down and about to close completely, it makes a clicking noise. One of the guys said it was a leveling problem, that the deck is not sititng level and he see's this problem quite a bit.

Has ANYONE encountered this problem before??!! I must find a solution for this before any more damage is done!!

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Default

whenever i see this problem, it's cause the actual faceplate itself is rubbing on something like a trim piece or the pocket.
