I got my system installed at ultimate electronics almost a week ago. They did my deck, put all 4 of my speakers in, ran new 4 gauge, new speaker wires and mounted and hooked up my amp. Following the install i noticed some problems in my car. One of my light bulbs went out in my dash and my steering wheel makes a clicking noise when i turn the wheel. These problems were non existant before my car went into the shop. Who is at fault here and are these problems from the install.

I think the first thing is to diagnose what the problems are and then you can start blaming them. Also make sure that you get proof coming to them half assed without proof they'll tell you to **** off. I know I have had many problems with audio shops that is why I am doing my own installs from now on. Yea it'll take a lil longer and be a lot harder but at least I'll know that it'll be good.

i know at the circuit city i work at we do a check in list before and after the install so if something isn't working after we know we are at fault
