Din and a half pocket for the SC400 *pic*

I was getting a little sick of the unsightly gap under my deck so I made a 1.5 DIN pocket out of 1/4" MDF (Fibreboard). I originally did it as a temporary solution but Now that I see it all the time, I actually think it works well. I will be recessing the deck back about 3/4" so it lies flush with the climate control with the faceplate on. Let me know what you think !

Are you using your stock VOL / POWER for your sub ?

No I am not. I will not be using any LPL as I find they either create noise or reduce overall volume once it is plugged in. Sub control on the deck is enough for me. I will most likely shave the volume **** right off.
