as you can see I also removed the ashtray and installed my Sirius unit there....I still need to make a boot for it but its functional for now

beautifully done, i personally would have had the head unit switched with the cubby underneath mainly because it blocks the a/c but still a great job...i love the idea for the sub box too

 

how would i go about switching the cubby and the stereo mount din? this may be something i want to fix

 

Nice install! It's sweet to see another es300 with a navi. Keep us updated wtih the sub buildup.

 

will do.....the sub install will take awhile cause i work a lot and have to make it up to MD to my boy's for each step but it'll be done by the end of the summer
