help on picking out some speakers and an amp.
Greetings all. basic run down. 99 GS400.
Pioneer z1, xm radio.....
rear doors i have dynaudio mw160 on order
front doors unsure, leaning towards A/D/S 6.5 setup, maybe? making the baffles isn't an issue. any body have any suggestions? Polk? MB quartz? Boston? i'd like to stay under/around 350.00 for the front setup.
amp, this is where i dont know. i'd like to stay around $500-700 range unless something i totally need to have is worth the extra coin. this will power the front and rear doors so i'd think 75-125 watts rms would be needed.
for a sub(temp setup) old school punch 1000.1 and a kicker L5. focusing my attention on the front of the car first before i go back into the trunk.
ordering raamat for the trunk, rear lid and doors.
so i was looking towards a JL amp for the 4 channel, but not too sure if they are worth the $$$, and its hard to believe people that sell the products i think.
this is just for me and is my daily driver, i do all the fab/install/wiring.
thanks!

For the front speakers, I really like Boston Accoustics or MBQuart. You should be able to pick up a set for just under your budget.
I'm still a firm believer in the entire PPI lineup for quality amplifiers. With a goal of only around 100watts RMS, you've set aside quite a big chunk of change. I don't think you'll even hit the low end of your budget, although it has been a while since I've priced amps. It used to be about a dollar a watt.
