sorry for the cross post...this is for a 01 LS 430...

hey guys, the left front door speaker and my ML sub is blown, so i'm gonna be replacing those with new speakers...

any tips/tricks on how to get the door panels and rear deck off??? i quickly looked at the door panel, and thought the speaker grill would pop right off, allowing me access, but that isnt the case- looks like the entire panel will have to come off...

any help greatly appreciated...
