the pioneer amp is behind the glove box. the mark levinson amp is in the right side of the trunk. i believe the mark levinson amp only came with the navigation package. here is a pdf with all the components of the 2002 es300 non nav and nav systems.

I have the same car, and my amp just stopped responding. Can I replace this with a standard amp? Does anyone have the wiring diagram on these connectors and spec's on the factory amp?

Was looking for the pinouts for Connector "A" (R2) and "B" (R3) for the 2002/03 ES300. Like below for the IS,
