WHY are these two Focal speakers different?

ah yes Ohmite. great stuff. I used some of their stuff awhile ago when I was building my home audio. Too bad I'm never at home anymore so I never got the project finished. Can't really do much for car because I'm running active. I'm an active (no pun intended 
) guy when it comes to car audio. I like having control because I tend to play around with driver positioning quite a bit :P
Any update O.L.T? install them already and let us know how they sound!

be careful, focal has had A LOT of knockoffs coming from the orient and maylaysia.
they changed up the 165 V2 a little to distinguish between some knockoffs and the official ones.
the K2Ps have been duplicated mostly, and sold for way under cost.
man why did you go with access series...at least go with polyglass v1. i love my v2's, and the only things i would trade them for are K2Ps, Old school Utopia's, Utopia Be's or the JL ZRs

On the knockoffs, they are not knocking off the 165A series thank goodness, they are going for the big bait.
