Default ppi 4800? or 4400????

hello,

i am 'alomost' done with my car's audio system.

currently, i am done with
1) kenwood ktv 910 dvd
2)165W focal utopia
3) 135V focal
4)12w3 in a sealed box.
5)xtant 202M for a JL
6)3 yrs old furi amp for 4 components.

sounds? i love it.... i like it much better than my last prelude. it's like...
focals??? i can hear every music without smokkin' out...(not anymore buds......)

only one thing...i still couldn't fix my xtant 2100 and xtant 4180. it's gonna take like 1 more month to fix them right. i was going to get 15w6 JL.

now i am thinking to get ppi pc4400 or pc4800 and pc2200.

pc4400 is 50x4 at 4ohm and pc4800 is 100x4 at 4 ohm, which is doubled.

anyone tried pc 4400? or pc 4800???
trying to get chrome ones...but i see they are way more expensive.

ps> yes, i know... i am a "sound system" or "music" nuts!!!! whatever you wanted to call me...

thanks.

get the chrome ppi....they look really nicE! get them soon, because it's hard to find. i would go for the pc4800 because you need the high power to run your focals. i use an eclipse amp running mb quarts 85 @ 4ohms. not enough for me. i'm thinking of using 3 sets of 2 channel amps to run everything. more power for me! hehe

thanks for you info!

i really want that pc4800 chrome but it's really hard to find and expensive.

i had to compare pc4800 chrome and pc4800 non-chrome and i see the chrome one is like twice more expensive. why is this???

however i think i just need 4 x 50 at 4 ohm. it's more affordable at this time.

also, i hear pc (old) and pcx (new) are really different. everyone is saying that pc series are better in every way.

thanks.

one reason it's more expensive is because sometimes the chrome edition are mainly "limited edition" amps. they're great amps, believe me. the pc series are way better than the pcx because of the same reason rockford fosgate amps suck now. i have the old school chrome rockford fosgate amps and they kick a**. the same amp non-chrome is half the price, but the watts are totally different. i'm looking for pc amps too, but my wholesaler ran out of those. i know a couple of places to get them though. how much are you willing to spend? what have you gotten quotes on?

hello,

i price i got on pc4400 chrome is $250 + s/h.
i couldn't get price on pc 4800 chrome, but i am still trying to get price on this item.

i think $250 for pc4400 is pretty good on my research.

i also need 15w6 or some 15' sub. wanted focal sub but they are too expensive.

i might try new lightning audio 15 vc2 sub. good price and i like they how they are working with this sub.

ps>you can e-mail me to ttiuhra@yahoo.com if you get the price of pc4800 or pc4400.

thanks.
