Default navigation issue

I have a LX470 which has AVN 5500 OEM.
I am having some issue with that.
I can insert my address while in overriding mode. But if i start my car after turning off the engine my address got deleted and I have to redo again.

I cannot insert my address without overriding mode. "My place" is greyed out and if i touch that touchscreen does not work but "Volume" touch screen area works.

Do you know how to solve the issue? Do I have to take it to dealer?

Thanks,
Riad

called Fujitsu and the solution was so simple.

"pull / engage the emergency parking brake when entering a Destination" on AVN.

Worked just fine.
