Default RX330: Bluetooth part of radio or nav?

I've got a 2005 Rx330 with standard 6 disc cd changer with nav system and bluetooth. I want to replace the radio with the Alpine IVA-W200 double din unit. I know I can regain use of the steering wheel radio controls with an aftermarket adapter, but what about the phone and voice command? Does anyone know if the bluetooth is part of the radio or the nav system? I am leaning towards the nav system since there in no radio control integration with the nav system. Worst case, I do lose the built in bluetooth and have to buy the add on Alpine BT unit, but I would rather not.

I would also appreciate any input from people who may have already installed this setup.

Thanks everyone!
