i have 3- JL Audio 12w6 subs and i want to run them off an old soundstream 700 and up front i would like to run jl audio XR653-CS 3-Way Component Systems will i be able to fit the 6 inch woofer in the door up front? and those i want to run off a soundstream 5.0 amp ..... will i have any electrical problems should i get a cap?

Get a cap no matter what.
You can fit the 6" speakers up front if you make your own baffles to replace the stock plastic enclosures. Use the search engine to find more info on this, there's plenty of it.
