Default wire for sub installation

im have a 98 gs300 and i putting some subs in the back. i got 2 12 and an mono amp.
my question is what wire do i need to do i need to cut/tap from the harness for the subs?

You cut or disconnect the wires that are connected directly to the sub, then run them into a line-level converter (LLC) or, if your amp has speaker-level inputs, directly into those.
Use search function if you need more info "LLC" "sub amp" "more bass" "subwoofer install" etc.

For an amp that's big enough to power two twelves, you'll also need to run seperate power and grounds. The remote turn on you'll need can be grabbed at the amplifier or the stereo.

Refer to the appropriate wiring diagram for the color and location:
