Default blinking 37degrees

about 3-5 times now ive noticed that my temp display in my cluster will blink on and off a few times. its always at 37 degrees when it does that. any reason for this?

just to warn you that the temp is low enough to form ice on bridges, and overpasses. areas like that. it is a normal safety thing
