Right channel shot on CD changer. Ideas?

Right channel shot on CD changer. Ideas?
I used a CD laser lens cleaner (basically a CD with 2 brushes on it) and the problem of crackling noises coming from all the right channel speakers has not gotten better at all.
I am now forced to listen to music from the left speakers only. There's no problem with radio/cassette. Any ideas short of replacing the changer? And if not, does anyone know where to get one for the 93-94 LS?
