Yeah...dealers are always full of kaka! Do a search on Yahoo. You'll find some good stuff!
Check out www.crutchfield.com

and

www.alpine1.com

They make the Acura DVD system...have you seen that one? Its a beaut! Even the Newer lexus model system is nice too!

Ohh dude...my bad, I didn't read your first post correctly....yes it is possible to watch Dvd movies on your DVD nav system...it just depends which system you have. Ohh yeah one more thing...stay away from dealers for things like these...they'll rape you on the charges....you'll need to hit up a good aftermarket electronics mobile installer if you want it done right and definately for less. My $0.02!

Lightbulb dvd video on front screen while driving

I have the fix for the RX 330. The module is $250.00 and simple to install (professionally). It will allow the front passenger to watch the DVD player while the car is in motion. Please keep in mind that driving with the front screen playing video may be illegal in your area. This product is intended for show cars.

Default Yep it works!!

Just wanted to say how happy I was to finally get it working -

Audio XTC really hooked me up!!!

I knew it could be done. The Nav works great, while the dvd is playing. All you need to do is hit input (If you have the ML and DVD combo) and the Nav is up and running. Plus the nav girl talks you to your destination while the DVD is up and running. Nothing is affect by having the bypass!!
