aftermarket navigation and oem cd changer?

i was wondering is it possible to get an aftermarket navigation system and still be able to use the oem lexus cd changer? for a 2001 gs300.

I think someone on CL done this before... if you have pioneer (stock) cd changer and a a pioneer aftermarket nav.

do a search?

it definitely has been done. search harder. am too lazy to search right now but can do it for you in a few hours when i return.
