Default Will my navigation work in Mexico?

Hello, I am planning to drive to Rosarito for Spring Break and was wondering if my Pioneer AVIC-D1 will work there? If not, what other navigation systems will be compatible? Thanks...

I don't know about that particular unit, but several of my friends before they brought down GPS units from the States scrolled the sample base maps to see if Mexico was covered.
