So I read that guys post on the c10 install and how much better than stock it sounds.

I have a 02 gs300 and the owner before me did a few cosmetic mods but nothing too big. On certain songs when I crank the bass to +7 it can thump kinda loud... louder than any other stock I've heard. It sounds really good actually. I wasn't sure if maybe the previous owner had installed an aftermarket subwoofer or not.

How do I get into the area where the sub is at and what does the stock woofer look like/say on it? If its stock I'd love to install an aftermarket sub that pounds even more Thanks guys

Open your trunk and look under the rear deck. It's pretty obvious if you see a subwoofer or not. OEM looks..OEM. haha. it's hard to mistaken OEM for aftermarket.
