Help me choose........
What do u guy's think about sound quality and how hard the bass hit's of a jl12w7 or the rockford fosgate t12 series? Which one or two of each would you buy and why? Thanx for all your input.

With both JL and RF, you are paying an extra amount for their marketing and buying through a dealer network. Everyone along the way wants to make money so the manufacturer sells it to the distributor at a profit. The distibutor sells it to the dealer at a profit. The dealer sells it to you at a profit. Bypass all of that and buy a sub directly from the factory. Cut out two of the middlemen and get a better quality product and a lower price.
TC Sounds is the source for my subs. Never heard of them? They have been an OEM supplier since 1987 building subs for Eclipse, Arial Acoustics, Stimpson/Vodhanel Sound and other big names in the industry. Over the years we could get samples, b-stock or group buy small amounts. A couple of years ago, a few smaller companies (Stryke Audio, Rythmik Audio, Sound Splinter, Elemental Designs) started to use TC Sounds as their supplier and the really started selling. Some of the relationship with the smaller and larger companies aren't there any more so they decided to sell directly to the public. In the past week, they even implemented lower pricing across most of their products.
I have not monetary interest in this company. I'm just a very satisfied customer over the years. I've owned over a dozen of their subs and have a pair of TC-3000's on order right now.
Another option is Fi Car Audio. That is a small Las Vegas company run by Scott Atwell. He is one of the founders of Resonant Engineering but recently sold it to the same guy that owns US Amps. Scott's build house (Destijl Engineering) may or may not be still supplying RE. But his internet direct subs sold under the Fi name are getting great reviews.
