Hi all,
I just completed my retro which I have always wanted to do on my 06' ES330 from a non-Nav to OEM Nav which I baught from Egusman (Lexusaudio). The retro took on an average about 1/2 day.
The only hardest part was getting all the wirings straight and making sure you are tapping the correct wires (Speed Sensor, Reverse Ind and Grounding) other than that it was simply a PNP.
I have also got my Dice Int Kit working with my New OEM nav and it's all good. Will Posts Pictures soon...

How much did you pay for the OEM Nav? You also get a new double din face plate right? I really want to upgrade my 04 ES330 6cd changer stock to double din NAV but so far I haven't found anywhere selling the face plate yet. If I can find the double din face plate then I can start shopping for NAV (AVN5510, AVIC Z2, AVIC D3, MAX675, etc...)
Oh, and please post pictures too. Thanks.
