i have a 95 sc300 and im planning my carputer setup in my car. Im looking for the best place to put a touch screen to operate the computer and navigation, ect...

most people remove the stock stereo and put a double din screen in the stock stereo location. Id like to avoid this. I want to keep the stock stereo.
Dont ask why... just know that i do.

so this leaves me with very limited options...

I have done some thinking and id like to look into putting a flipout, single din, touch screen vga screen into the center a/c vent location. This vent location also has the glove box button and key lock.

1. what behind there other than the a/c ducts?
2. how much room is there back there? enough for a single din flip out screen?
3. are the center vents the same in all years of sc300?


any info you have about this part of the sc300 dash would be alot of help.
