I'm wondering if anyone has taken time in listening to the Nakamichi system in an 00 RX

I have that system, and I like to listen to all kinds of music, but I especially like to hear good hip hop songs with good bass. My biggest problem: with the bass on +5 the doors shake, it's not clear, and I feel as if i could do more with the sub ...

anyone have any tips/tricks for the system i describe...? or any setups (bass, mid, treb) that they favor?
