Default Installing an aftermarket deck into 94 LS400, few quick questions.

I finally decided to swap out the stock factory headunit (cassette/fm only, no CD) for an aftermarket unit. I found a diagram on retrodrive.net, which I'm attaching in this post. Everything seems more or less straight forward, but I am confused how to hook up certain things.

1) The aftermarket deck has ACC and Battery connectors. I see the ACC on the diagram, but what about Battery? Where do I connect that?

2) I'm not planning on using an external amp, I'm just gonna have the headunit power the stock speakers. However, the car already has a subwoofer, with its own amp, and my headunit had preamp subwoofer outputs, and I am going to connect these. But now, how do I make the amp turn on? I assume I should connect the AMP output on the new headunit to the AMP on the existing harness?

3) How can I make the power antenna work?

Without NAK, its the pioneer unit without CD changer controls.
