My car should be getting out of the shop today around 4 pm. Here's the list of things I can't wait to see/hear:

Pioneer AVX P7300DVD--7 inch widescreen flip out TV with DVD
Pioneer in dash 6 disc CD changer
Pioneer AVM P8000R---Brain
Pioneer GEX P7000TV--TV Tuner
2-Pioneer AVD W6000--6.5 inch widescreen monitors for the
headrests

I can't wait!!!! Pics will be posted once I get a hold of my friends camera!!!

I got all the equipment from a hook-up I have through a guy that I met online. I have a shop in Lakeland, FL that is going to install everything for $650. That is including a drycell battery that will be put in the trunk.

a guy you meet online...umm.. is that code for "It fell off the back of the truck" ... around how much did the the equipment cost if you don't mind. No Playstation????? Did the installer have to build a custom mount for the indash cd player and the flipout tv/dvd? We have a Ultimate electronics that just opened up in St. Louis. They have a decked out PT Cruiser in thier audio area that is awesome, tv, dvd, playstation, nav, everything. I was thinking of having them install a setup similar to yours if there price isn't rediculous.

Yeah, I did meet him online, but he has a shop down here in Hollywood, Florida---receipts, warranty, everything legit. I know that because the TV screen started messing up after the install, and i had to ship it back to Pioneer---they ran the serial numbers on everything for me, and everything was registered. They replaced that headunit for free.

As for the prices:

--TV and Brain---should not pay more than $1500
--TV Tuner--should not pay more than $225
--Back headrests TV (6.5 inch)--should not pay more than $520 a piece
--In dash cd-changer--should not pay more than $250

Now you can always go the cheap way out and get some no name monitors---from what I heard, everything works the same and most of the monitors on the market have the same internal parts. I wanted to go all Pioneer, that is why it costs so much, but I like the company and I like the product

As for the Playstation and Navi---good things to have, but honestly, when are you going to play that damn thing when you can either watch a movie or play some music video's. I just recently bought about 6 DVD's, just of music videos!!!! Forget CD's, you got the whole video playing in the car. That's just my opinion though!!!
