what's better, easier, and cheaper to do (and easier to find for cheaper price)...finding a 4 channel amp to power my 2 front door speakers + 2 front tweeters (boston acoustics pro60's) or to have 2 2 channel amps...1 2 channel amp power one side (one door + one tweeter), and 1 2 channel amp to power the other 2?

4 channels are getting cheap enough there's no reason to run 2 amps--
I got my MTX 4200x in mint condition with orig. box, birthsheeted at about 70x4 and 118db s/n ratio .5% THD at rated power-- $75 on ebay-- Very clean, underrated, and somehow very cheap--

why are you trying to bi-amp?
if you have a component set up, just wire them to the crossover and run speaker wire accordingly. then you can have the other two channels to run rear speakers if you so wish.

I believe the Boston Pro's are Biamp capable--
I would do it too-- the more clean power you give a high end comp set the better they'll perform-- just be sure to set the amps high pass crossover properly to avoid damaging your 6.5's --
The 4200x is more than enough to run that comp set if biamped or not--
They birthsheet at about 70x4 rms-- very clean power-- very quiet amps -- noise free--
I used it to run a 3way custom selected set up front with no rear fill-- all I can say is that it would get ear bleeding loud well before it would show any signs of distortion from the components--
In short the amp performs very well, whether you want to run your components on 2 channels or 4 channels- I would do biamping though with that high end of a comp. set as you'll actually reap benefits from the added power--
