I just love those guys with the Caprice's on 24's -- Very practical--
Plus it's hard not to rattle with 4 15's in the trunk---

As far as an inline fuse, I've run a 50amp and had no problems-- I like the buss style (cylindrical) over the blade style-- They hold together better
under the hood for me-- and they're sealed -- and they're easier to see-- prob. a 70a will do ya--

Any fuse is better than no fuse. I learned that the hard way on my old CRX. I was lucky enough to be able to pull the power wire loose from the amp before my car caught on fire. It smelled like burnt plastic for months.
