Fuse Problems, Help
Due to lack of activity in the LS forum, I am posting this here also:
I was messing around with my dome lights and it looks like I've blown some fuse. I have checked every single fuse under the dash and under the hood. I found a blown one and replaced it. However I still get the same problem. Here are the symptoms:
Dome lights won't work, power locks are dead, power steering wheel colomn is not working, trunk does not open.
What else could it be. PLease help ASAP

are you sure you checked ALL the fuses? For the GS, there are some fuses on the driver's and passenger's side ...and also under the hood....
When my lights wouldn't work (AC backlight) ...I looked through my manual...and checked all the ones I THOUGHT had anything to do with the backlight...in fact...I broke a fuse for "emergency lights" or something of that nature (????) this is according to the manual...it had nothing to do with the backlights...i think it was just a mistake in the manual...so just make sure you check EVERY SINGLE fuse....it's a real pain...i checked well over 50 fuse..
just another thing...one fuse kept blowing because I took two of the wires from the factory harness and used it as power and gnd...when I spliced it into my Alpine harness...and plugged it in, it will blow....I ended up using the pwr and gnd from my distribution block...so the only wire I took from the factory harness was the ignition....
hope this help ya

Thx amlin, I have missed one of the fuses and it was responsible for half of my electrical system shutdown. Now only my trunk lid is not opening from inside the car. I will have to go through fuses again though
