93 LS --Sound from sub only, speakers silent. Where is amp?
I have the factory Pioneer AM/FM/Cassette/w-CD changer controls (not Nakamichi).
Unit was working fine when I shut it off one afternoon. Got back in later that night and discovered that the sub is now the only speaker with audible output. This is true for all modes (CD/cassette/radio).
I assume it is either (a) a problem with the output from the preamp section of the head unit or (b) an amplifier problem.
Where is the amp for the Front/Rear speakers? Is it in the head unit or elsewhere?
Any troubleshooting tips?
TIA
