Default stereo upgrades

Is there any way to keep the lexus changer if I upgrade my deck to an aftermarket? I don't think this is possible, but maybe someone here knows differently?

thanks,
Zach

yes there is. your changer is pioneer so you would have to buy pioneer than trace the wire from your factor deck to the changer. Mark those wires. You what the best thing to do is take it to a pro audio shop they should now how to do it.

If this is possible I haven't seen anyone do it, including the "pros". The changer may say Pioneer on it but it uses the Denso/Toyota data lines which aren't compatible with aftermarket units. To give you an idea, there are TX+ and TX-, both serial data lines, which usually aren't found in aftermarket.
