GS 300 audio question

GS 300 audio question
Hello,
I have a 98 GS300 with the premium sound system, not the Nak. Is this system JBL amplified? I keep seeing these harnesses that are supposed to be for this vehicle that allow you to add an aftermarket headunit to the factory setup(keep sub!!) but they say it's for the JBL amp and I thought our factory systems were pioneer???

no that wont work on 98 gs300. it has its own special plugs on the back of the radio. a 6 and 10 pin plug with different wiring pattern than any other lexus or toyota. its hard to see what plug is even in the picture
